Drug and alcohol abuse is becoming more of a day to day problem and with the advent of stricter health and safety laws it is now more important than ever to make sure that your staff conform with your drug and alcohol policy.
Midrand healthcare are able to offer a choice of the following services:
On site screening for employees where the visit is planned. This can take the form of random drug and alcohol testing for a number of employees or all employees.
Approximately 20 employees can be tested each day.
If you don’t have a drug and alcohol policy but wish to initiate one then Midrand Healthcare will work with your HR department to establish the best policy and system for your workforce and company. We will then arrange regular monitoring in line with the policy.
The rapid response service is designed to provide testing within 12 hours anywhere in the country. This specialist service enables employees who may appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol to be tested at the time of the incident rather than at a later time when the substance may have cleared their system.
